Well there are a couple of things you could to to solve the problem: - You could try out a few tips - You could visit your local customer care center - You could google for it - You may just call customer service or ask a technician Well this is how I got my dstv mobile phone to start showing video after a few minutes of not being able to watch any display. - I opened up the dstv mobile application - Selected options Scan - Allowed the scan to complete - Mobile tv starts showing video You should be able to get yout mobile tv start showing back the video if it lost it initially. I think it has to do with not being able to get proper tv signals that makes it not be able to display any image. I think the same thing will go if you were getting only video but not audio or just getting a blurry image or display for your service.
