If you are Gay, don't come to Nigeria

Nigeria now has an antigay law that doesn't support people who see homosexuality as a normal way of life and so if you are traveling to Nigeria, hope you are not gay or if you are, don't be so public about it. Although it has long been a rejected form of life to the Nigerian society since most gays are either isolated or even silently killed by their families, this is the first time gay relationships has been made illegal in Nigeria.Nigeria being a mostly religious or spiritual country may have a few gay people but it is not a common way of life and this is a moral issue most Christians and Muslims agree on as an evil that should not be part of a normal society and I'm guessing that's why the bill sailed easily into the legislative houses and was passed as law.If you are gay, people would tell you that you need to repent to be saved and if you refuse, there is now a law that could persecute you. This is a welcome development for people who feel that the nation has been slipping seriously into moral decadence brought about by encroaching westernization. Nigerians don't dislike everything about western civilization but only the evil ones. Do I support what Nigerian politicians did on this issue of illegalizing gay marriage and unions? Certainly Yes! It opposes God's plan and does not help build our society in any way.
